Privy product manager Meghna Mehta shared an Instinct purchase made from iMessage using a stablecoin debit card she had created with Privy components and saved in Stripe Link. The example shows the agent using the payment method already available to it without needing a special crypto workflow.

Instinct Files are private or link-shareable pages the agent creates when a task needs a richer artifact. Shinn's examples include apartment comparisons, an art-gallery crawl, recipes and a shopping list for dinner, a weekend itinerary and shared trip expenses.

The Concierge rollout targets high-touch tasks that require a call: a restaurant without online reservations, a dentist cancellation list, high-end service bookings or sorting out a cable bill. The launch was limited to the early-access group with wider rollout promised later.

Instinct added TOTP authenticator support to Vault. After enrollment, the agent can generate and enter six-digit verification codes itself rather than stopping for the user, while phone approvals and some other security checks can still require human input.

Instinct's Trusted Person network lets one person's agent communicate with another person's Instinct to settle scheduling and logistics. The launch examples include coordinating with a spouse, planning a weekend with friends, scheduling colleagues, hosting events and recurring plans such as tennis or dinners.

Founder Noah Shinn demonstrated Instinct sending and receiving email from an address of its own. The agent can contact businesses, create accounts and work a thread without filling the user's inbox; a follow-up example shows forwarding an order confirmation so Instinct can negotiate a return and bring back the label.

Zain documented Instinct handling a set of ordinary but annoying personal-admin jobs: buying specific 70mm IMAX tickets, dealing with an old Swiss speeding ticket, finding a $54 dental-cleaning deal and booking it, buying a wedding gift, and cancelling subscriptions tied to an inaccessible email account. The dollar figure is user-reported, not independently verified.

Kanishk Razdan described Instinct as initially magical but increasingly uncomfortable as it established sessions across apps and websites. His first-hand critique argues for granular permissions, visibility into what the agent is doing and intervention before consequential actions. It is included as a failure/control case rather than a product claim.

Instinct describes its core product as a personal assistant connected to email, messaging, screen, audio and location. You can text or call it, while the agent uses a phone and computer to follow up on dropped threads, arrange rides, book services and handle other everyday work.
